• Screen-printing is a cost effective way to brand your garments:
• if you have large designs
• large print runs with minimal colours
• The minimum print run for screen-printing is ten garments
• A graduated price scale applies
• Good alternative to embroidery for small text and intricate detail
• The price increases with each colour added
• For a quality reproduction, designs that show clear lines will reproduce better than those with colour gradients
• The maximum width is 280mm
• Thermal transfers are available for full colour digital prints onto garments

Artwork Formats

• Discs or email artwork files can be accepted in:
• Corel Draw version X4 or earlier
• Adobe Illustrator AI or EPS file
• They must be PC format with text converted to curves or fonts embedded
• Files such as .jpg .tiff. PDF formats can be accepted, however files of these types are bitmap and therefore must be redrawn as vector file for which there will be charge
• Please nominate Pantone colours on files where possible and a hard copy of artwork to accompany computer files is also beneficial
