HOSPITALITY STUDENT TOOL & UNIFORM KITS

West Coast Institute of Training Tool and Uniform Kits are currently available for students enrolled in the Commercial Cookery, Bakery & Pastry and Hospitality courses.

We use the well-known JB’s brand of chef clothing for our uniform kits and not some of the cheaper brands.   We stock the approved embroidered polos for theory classes and black pants are also  available.

In our Tool Kits we use good student quality Victorinox knives and Gizmo BG thermometres which are the preferred thermometre of some colleges.  As a bonus, we engrave your name on the tool box and all knives with your initials so you can identify them in the student kitchen.

We suggest you come in and purchase your kits early to avoid disappointment if embroidered polo stock run out.
